**For TME Graduate positions **we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)
**We offer**:
- Permanent contract
- Daily position (as described down below) + 18-months training program (on top of the daily job)

- Classroom training (Toyota Way, Toyota Production System )
- Experiential training (5-6 weeks Line training at an European Manufacturing Company )

Your Profile:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mobility, Electro-mechanical, Electronics or equivalent
- You have a first experience in the automotive or mobility industry (development, process, supply base, quality )
- You are fluent in English (TME business language), any other European language will be considered as an asset
- You have good fact finding and analysis skills to draw conclusions from the gathered data and information
- You have a creative mind and a passion for cars
- You are practical, logical and with a hands-on approach
- You are well organised, and your flexibility makes you a perfect team player
- Self-starter, taking initiative and with a strong proactive mindset
- Project management competences to manage very diverse tasks
- Stress resistance and good personal organization competences in order to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation aptitude in an assertive but diplomatic way in order to reach consensus and get buy-in
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Flexibility and willing to travel across Europe and to Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan
