Your Profile:

- University degree Business and/or Computer Science
- You are fluent in English (TME business language)
- Practical experience of managing technical projects.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with computer hardware, Windows Operating Systems, and software management.
- Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, Active Director and Microsoft Azure to manage PCs and Software.
- Able to communicate effectively to audiences of differing technical knowledge.
- Willing to take ownership of problems and co-ordinate resolution.

Your team and your responsibilities:

- Responsible for 3rd line support of approximately 16,000 PCs for TME and Affiliates across 55 sites in Europe. The team is responsible for not only implementing the technical solutions to ensure end-user device are operating correctly and securely but also setting the standards for how to manage devices effectively.
- Responsible for managing the packaging and deployment of software used on PCs, including Windows OS, latest versions of commercial and bespoke software, as well as managing security hotfixes to keep Toyota secure.
- Responsible for implementing new technologies not only to improve the Employee Experience in using PCs but also to improve day to day management efficiently.

**Your responsibilities**:
As a member of PC Engineering, you will:

- Plan and manage PC Engineering projects, including tasks, resources, milestones, and budgets.
- Work with Managed Service Partner to ensure service quality is maintained.
- Co-ordinate and communicate project status updates to stakeholders and other relevant parties.
- Proactively monitor and identify risks and issues and take appropriate action to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure that project documentation is maintained and kept up to date.
