Het witwassen van geld, belastingontduiking, financiële en economische criminaliteit (FEC) als geheel hebben rechtstreeks gevolgen voor onze economie en sociale welvaart vanwege prijsverstoring, het stimuleren van (cyber)criminaliteit, het omleiden van middelen naar steriele sectoren, het verzwakken van economisch en sociaal beleid... Er cirkelen nog steeds enorme hoeveelheden zwart geld om ons heen en criminelen zijn op zoek naar elke gelegenheid om de winsten van hun misdaden via de financiële sector weer bruikbaar te maken.

ING speelt een sleutelrol in de strijd tegen FEC. Omdat we een Europese topbank zijn en er van ons verwacht wordt dat we een leidende rol spelen. Omdat we de financiële misdaad efficiënt willen bestrijden om ons doel te ondersteunen en eerlijke mensen in staat te stellen een stap voor te blijven in leven & zaken.

Als Customer Journey Expert (CJE) voor de KYC Services Tribe is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om te zorgen voor efficiënte en klantgerichte processen net als de doorlooptijd van nieuwe oplossingen, door gebruik te maken van innovatie, slimme gegevens en rekening te houden met alle wettelijke vereisten en gevaren.

Onze tribe is georganiseerd in twee productgebieden: Customer Due Diligence en Screening & Transaction Monitoring.

**Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**

**Je bent E2E-eigenaar van KYC-processen**
- Je bouwt en verbetert voortdurend E2E-processen met betrekking tot Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Monitoring & Screening.
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte uitrol van de processen binnen het verkoopteam, KYC Center en/of IBSS.
- Je identificeert mogelijke hiaten tussen onze huidige processen en regelgeving. Je implementeert passende oplossingen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat risicobeperkende maatregelen binnen de termijn worden geïmplementeerd.

**Je bouwt aan een vlot KYC-traject**
- Je implementeert de strategie op basis van de prioriteiten van ING en zorgt voor een vlot end-to-end KYC-traject
- Je ontwikkelt een sterk begrip van het regelgevingskader, onze klanten en de behoeften van KYC-operaties en kunt slimme, afvalvrije en gemakkelijk te volgen processen helpen implementeren
- Je neemt actief deel en neemt initiatieven om de samenwerking tussen de KYC-tribe en KYC-operaties en tussen het senior-management, internationale en lokale experts te verbeteren
- Je verzamelt inzichten van collega’s & klanten om nieuwe efficiënte processen te ontwerpen en te implementeren

Anders gezegd: je weet nieuwe ideeën tot leven te brengen en schrikt er niet voor terug uitdagingen aan te gaan in een snel veranderende en complexe omgeving. Je bent van nature een teamspeler die luistert en samen met anderen probeert gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen te bereiken. Je houdt ervan de status-quo ter discussie te stellen en zet alles op alles om creatieve oplossingen voor problemen aan te reiken.

Voor de functie van Customer Journey Expert KYC verwachten wij verder dat je:

- een academische graad hebt,
- minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring hebt op het gebied van Client Services, Retail Banking, Business Banking, Wholesale Banking of Risk,
- ervaring hebt met KYC en de bijbehorende uitdagingen waar financiële instellingen mee te maken krijgen
- bij voorkeur een diploma in AML of risicobeheer hebt,
- vloeiend Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling) en Nederlands of Frans spreekt,
- van nature bruggen bouwt en een brug kunt slaan tussen verschillende niveaus, verschillende mensen en verschillende culturen,
- overtuigingskracht hebt, mensen aan boord kunt krijgen en voor het nodige engagement van stakeholders zorgt,
- een hands-on teamspeler bent,
- over goede analytische vaardigheden beschikt,
- een ondernemende instelling hebt,
- aantoonbare vaardigheden op het gebied van planning en organisatie hebt,
- zelfstandig kunt werken en initiatief kunt nemen,
- probleemoplossend bent,
- gepassioneerd bent door het verbeteren van de klantervaring
