**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Production & Planningsmanager sta je in voor het plannen en organiseren van producties en productieprocessen. Je staat aan het hoofd van een dynamisch productieteam en helpt dit team mee verder te ontwikkelen in samenwerking met de teamcoach. Je bent actief bezig met het planningsysteem om te streven naar een optimale levertermijn voor alle klanten. Dit stelt je ook in staat om vlot te communiceren met de collega’s van het sales departement.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Beheren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verbeteren;
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van productieplanningen om te voldoen aan klantorders en deadlines;
- Leiden, motiveren en coachen van het productieteam;
- Toezien op naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en specificaties;
- Budgetbeheer en kostenbewaking binnen de productieafdeling;
- Bereid zijn om te werken in ploegen (7-15 en 11-19 maar indien nodig ook 6-14 en 14-22)
**Profiel**:
- Minimaal Bachelor’s degree in een relevant vakgebied of vergelijkbare ervaring;
- Uitstekende leiderschaps
- en organisatorische vaardigheden;
- Diepgaande kennis van productieprocessen en kwaliteitsnormen;
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;
- Communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden;
- Bekendheid met software voor productieplanning is een pluspunt;
- Teamspeler;
- Dynamisch;
- Stressbestendig;
- Ambitieus;
- Administratief onderbouwd;
- Vlot drietalig NL/FR/ENG;
- Leergierig;
- Kennis van ERP-systemen is een nice-to-have.
