To reinforce our Offshore Logistics Team, we are looking for an Offshore Logistics Team Coordinator.
As an** Offshore Logistics Team Coordinator **, you'll coordinate your Team to achieve the safe organization of all offshore transfers and work vessels. You report to the Operations & Planning Manager while assuring you follow-up on administrative and operational responsibility for the Marine Coordination duties on a day-to-day basis.

**Team Coordination**:
- You are responsible for the day-to-day coordination and priority setting of the Offshore Logistics Team, referring to Operations and Planning Manager. You will Manage the relations between Offshore Logistics Team and the relevant internal Departments within Parkwind to obtain an efficient planning of the offshore Operations.
- ** Process Management**: you have in depth knowledge of the applicable processes and know how to link them with the organization. You periodically review process adequacy, initiates required changes/optimalisations and advises towards management on process level. You assure the team is trained for and follows the processes as indented.
- ** Reporting**: You assure that all applicable data is available and timely communicated for monthly reporting purposes. With your challenging mind-set towards the current way of working you actively propose improved reporting methodologies. You drive the implementation towards the team.
- ** Autonomy**: you have a long-term view and transform this into a planning of working schedules of your team to ensure operational coverage. In case of incidental absences of Team members, you exceptionally take over their shift when required.
- ** QHSSE**:you enforce the Parkwind QHSSE standards and procedures within your team, follow-up QHSSE KPI’s (close-out of open cases, workplace inspection (WPI), toolbox talks, etc.), and propose improvements and/or adjustments where necessary.
- ** Crisis Management**:you organize trainings and drills to ensure the knowledge and competences of the teams is up to the required standards. Feedback towards HSSE for improvements related to crisis management handling. You coordinate the team to 24/7 immediate availability and hereby assure immediate incident follow-up; receive, distribute, action follow-up. Priority management. Immediate, continuous readiness to react and assure ERP crisis management administration process flow follow-up.
- ** Inventory Management**:In follow-up of the onboarding flow, you make sure the correct PPE’s are assigned, exchanged and returned. Stock management of the Parkwind PPE and tools, including assurance of EDTC inspection. One stop shop for all PPE needs. PPE’s correctly attributed, inspected, and managed. Assure the strategy is correctly executed.
**Your profile**:
- English proficiency level min C1
- You can communicate / give feedback to management on team activities.
- You organize your own time and that of your team depending on the applicable priorities of the day.
- You have the organizationial skills to delegate tasks to your team members and clarify these tasks when required to your team members.
- You have a structured and analytical approach in analyzing problems
You are willing to travel to other sites on an exceptional basis to give on-site support or training
