Unibricks is een Gentse projectontwikkelaar gespecialiseerd in investeringsvastgoed. We zijn op zoek naar een **Sales Manager District Gent**.
**Wat houdt de job juist in?**
Na een inloopperiode, waarbij je aantoont dat je onze sales onder de knie hebt, ga je aan de slag met je eigen team. Ons team van jonge Brickies heeft nood aan de juiste **begeleiding** in the field. Je bent het verlengstuk van de sales director in the field en staat een sales team van 3-5 verkopers bij met **raad en daad**.
- Je begeleidt onze starters in the **field;**:
- Je leert hen de knepen van het “sales”-vak;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bereiken van **salesdoelstellingen** van je team;
- Waar nodig help je onze sales advisors om de deal te **closen;**:
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de sales director.
**Wie zoeken we?**
- Je bent een echte **people manager**;
- Je hebt een **hands-on mentaliteit **op de verkoopsvloer;
- Je hebt **3 à 5 jaar ervaring **als sales verantwoordelijke, bij voorkeur ook een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende;
- Je bent perfect **Franstalig**;
- Je houdt van een **no-nonsense aanpak** en je volgt graag alles op de voet op;
- Je wenst mee te schrijven aan ons **succesverhaal**;
- **Weekendwerk** schrikt je niet af.
