**Jouw functie**
Voor onze klant, gelegen te Willebroek, zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Spare Parts. Als Customer Service Spare Parts ben je samen met je collega’s het eerste aanspreekpunt voor meerdere (Internationale) klanten. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het luisteren naar de behoeften van je klanten, je beantwoordt hun diverse vragen en stelt je hierbij op als een echte problem-solver
- Je bent de schakel tussen onze klanten en interne afdelingen en hebt hierbij veelvuldig contact via intern ticket systeem en mail.
- Via het intern ticket systeem help je de klant met vragen over levertijden, transport en claims.
- Je informeert de klant proactief over levertermijnen
- Je zoekt naar oplossingen om problemen van klanten te verhelpen
- Je volgt orders op van order input tot facturatie en je zorgt voor alle documenten (facturen, oorsprong certificaten)
- Je werkt nauw samen met de transporteurs en onze export manager om transport te boeken voor de orders (Air, road, sea)
**Jouw profiel**
- Idealiter beschik je over een bachelorsdiploma en/of een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je werkt efficiënt en nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.
- Bij stressmomenten weet je het overzicht te bewaren en kan je prioriteiten stellen
- Je bent communicatief sterk (diplomatisch, maar toch voldoende assertief) en werkt klantgericht
- Je bent niet alleen een teamplayer, maar kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken
- Je hebt perfecte kennis van het Nederlands (gesproken & geschreven), spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels en je kunt vlot overweg met Excel en MS Outlook.
