**Fonction**:
**Activités et tâches liées à la fonction**
**_ (voir : Mission de l’AMT : AR 12 février 2008 modifiant l’AR du 04/03/1991)_**:
En collaboration avec le médecin infectiologue:
- développer et tenir à jour le formulaire thérapeutique des médicaments anti-infectieux ;
- développer, tenir à jour et diffuser les recommandations écrites pour les traitements anti-infectieux ;
- développer, exécuter et évaluer les initiatives afin de limiter l’utilisation des anti-infectieux ;
- organiser la formation continue : épidémiologie, microbiologie, diagnostic et traitement des infections (e.a. Feedback des résultats d’audits) ;
- évaluer la qualité des prescriptions (mesures, audits de qualité des prescriptions et feedbacks) ;
- établir des profils de consommation (mesures, évaluations et feedbacks sur base des logiciels CHUB) ;
- suivre la surveillance de la résistance aux médicaments anti-infectieux (mesures, évaluations et rapports) ;
- rédiger un rapport annuel pour la BAPCOC ;
- accomplir sa mission en contact étroit avec les médecins chefs de service, les cadres du département infirmier et paramédical et les responsables des différents départements de l’hôpital
**Conditions d’accès**
- Posséder la qualification d’infirmier(ère) bachelier en soins infirmiers
- Justifier d’une expérience de 2 ans de pratique effective de terrain
- Satisfaire aux conditions légales de bilinguisme (réussite de l'examen Selor)
- Satisfaire à l’examen de promotion ou à l’examen de sélection
- Satisfaire aux qualités requises pour la fonction

- d’analyse, de planification, d’organisation, de mise en place, d’évaluation et de suivi de processus
- de communication orale et écrite (reporting)
- de travail en équipe multidisciplinaire
- de gestion de projets (méthodologie)
- de maitrise des outils informatiques classiques (Excel, Word, Power point), statistiques ( Epi Info, Tata,..) et logiciels CHUB (_Mediweb, Medview, Mercure (apot-v), Datawarehouse (Gestion: COAP), Intranet,_
