**Functie**:
- Je volgt **het rekruteringsproces van A tot Z** (verzamelen van sollicitaties, opstellen en opvolgen van vacatures, verbeteren van onze website, selectiegesprekken (in beide talen), schrijven van rapporten, enz.)
- Je gebruikt je **creativiteit** om **nieuwe zoekmethodes te ontwikkelen** (dynamische communicatie, verbeteren van onze HR-communicatie intern en op de netwerken, enz.)
- Je bent betrokken bij **het verbeteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe projecten** voor de afdeling.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt minstens **5 jaar ervaring** in een vergelijkbare functie (**recruitment**).
- Je bent **dynamisch en enthousiast**, je hebt **een passie voor Mensen** en je wil de waarden van ons bedrijf vertegenwoordigen aan onze toekomstige collega's.
- **Je bent tweetalig FR/NL (vereist)**:
- Je bent **vertrouwd met selectie
- en interviewtechnieken** en hebt een goede **schrijfvaardigheid**.
- **Werken in teamverband** is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
- Je neemt graag **initiatief** en deelt graag **nieuwe ideeën**,
- Je definieert jezelf als **autonoom, georganiseerd en nauwgezet**:
