**De job in een notendop**
- Jij publiceert de vacatures en stageplaatsen op zowel interne als externe kanalen binnen de afgesproken deadlines om er voor te zorgen dat er voldoende instroom aan kandidaturen is. Je checkt hierbij de kwaliteitsnormen en de afspraken die gemaakt werden tussen de afdelingen en HR.
- Je doet de administratieve verwerking alsook de opvolging (inzameling evaluaties, terugbetaling onkosten,) van de stagedossiers en verzorgt de communicatie met de hogeschool of universiteit en de afdelingsverantwoordelijken.
- Het plannen, organiseren en kort opvolgen van online testen, assessments en feedbackgesprekken ter voorbereiding van selectiegesprekken maakt eveneens deel uit van je takenpakket.
- Je biedt algemene administratieve ondersteuning doorheen het rekruteringsproces zoals bv. het beantwoorden van allerlei vragen die we ontvangen via gemeenschappelijke mailboxen, onderhouden van functiebeschrijvingen en mail templates in het Application Tracking System (Successfactors).

- met een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- die een vlotte kennis heeft van het Nederlands en het Frans
- die goed overweg kan met alle MS Office toepassingen, kennis van Successfactors is een troef
- die gekend staat als iemand die georganiseerd is, discreet, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig
- die proactief, resultaatgericht is en prioriteiten van bijzaken weet te onderscheiden

- die van humor houdt van en zowel autonoom als in team werken
