You have a vision on leadership & functional development and how we can make our organization more diverse and inclusive. You are business acumen and have a good sense of what is necessary to build a future ready workforce were people grow and thrive. You will work for all divisions & functions in the BelgiLux market (including Nespresso) and closely collaborate with the BeNeLux Talent team, to ensure a BeNeLux approach.
**Position Summary**
This role combines Leadership & Development responsibilities with Talent management and D&I, making it versatile and diverse. You will have the following responsibilities:
- Deliver the Talent & Learning strategy for BelgiLux: translating global and zone tools & solutions to the local market and align within the BeNeLux Talent team on a BeNeLux approach;
- Lead our local internal development & trainer team (Growing Teams) with the aim to support our organization in building future ready workforce
- Advise and coach (senior) managers in identifying development needs of individuals, teams and translate this into solutions;
- Drive the Talent Management Cycle (People Development Performance cycle) and local Key Position Succession Plan together with the HRBP’s and lead talent discussions in the Direction comittee and with zone Talent Management.
- Create close collaboration with key stakeholders like the Centre of Competence for L&D in the zone, zone talent management, Global D&I team and network, BNL HR Talent team and local direction committee.
**We are looking for someone with**
- At least 4-6 years of working experience in HR or in a similar role, with clear people development and talent affinity / experience;
- Passion for leadership, diversity and inclusion and developing people;
- The ability to work autonomously to transfer knowledge and coach different (senior) stakeholders in the organization;
- Strong communication & organization skills;
- Experience in facilitating (training) sessions;
- A very good knowledge level of Dutch and/or French, and a strong understanding of English.
- A good knowledge of related tools like iLearn, Successfactors, Development program process is preferable.

As a Training, Talent and D&I Manager you will report to the Corporate Talent Manager BNL (Jolanda Koers). You are part of the BNL Talent team, consisting of multiple recruiters and training & learning specialists in the Netherlands & Belgium. As BNL Talent team we are part of the BNL HR team led by Olivier Blanc. You will be based in the Brussels office.
