**L'IPI est un institut fédéral chargé de veiller au respect de la réglementation relative au titre et à la profession d'agent immobilier (courtiers, syndics et régisseurs). Nous organisons et contrôlons l'accès à la profession, nous veillons à ce que nos membres respectent leurs obligations déontologiques et nous écartons du marché les faux agents immobiliers.
Notre Institut est situé à Bruxelles et compte 37 collaborateurs.

**Description du profil**
- Vous êtes analytique et diplomate et vous avez une très bonne connaissance du monde digital.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier ou d'un master en communication, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Vous êtes au courant des dernières tendances et évolutions en matière de marketing digital et de product management et vous pouvez les appliquer à votre travail.
- Vous êtes un excellent communicateur et pouvez travailler avec des personnes d'horizons divers et de domaines d'expertise totalement différents.
- Vous parlez et écrivez parfaitement le néerlandais ou le français et vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'autre langue.
- Vous savez ce que c'est que de travailler avec finesse et vous réagissez très rapidement.
- Vous êtes d'un naturel pratique et pouvez rapidement passer d'une tâche à l'autre. Ce faisant, vous faites preuve de souplesse face aux priorités qui peuvent changer soudainement.
- Vous disposez d'une expérience de travail avec des parties externes telles que des agences de développement.
- Vous avez une connaissance de base de Google Analytics, SEO et SEA ? Un atout de plus
- Vous serez notre principal moteur de solutions digitales et serez responsable des gestions de projets de A à Z.
- Vous établissez une feuille de route pour la transformation digitale et tenez compte des estimations et des budgets.
- Vous détectez les possibilités et les besoins de digitalisation de l'IPI et les analysez en profondeur.
- Vous étudiez comment une solution à ces problèmes peut s'intégrer dans notre stratégie digitale, en élaborant des analyses, des notes d'information et des briefings claires à cet effet.
- Vous êtes le point de contact des développeurs pendant le développement et les tests.
- Après la livraison, vous êtes la personne de référence pour l'aide et le soutien.
- Vous impliquez vos collègues dans le cycle du projet et identifiez l'impact d'un projet sur leur travail.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi et de l'évaluation des projets.
- Vous créez et gérez le backlog en concertation avec les parties prenantes au projet.
- Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des outils et des plateformes existants, vous en assurez la maintenance et vous assistez les utilisateurs qui ont des questions.
- Vous êtes en mesure de tester les fonctionnalités de manière précise, cohérente et ciblée.
- Vous donnerez de l'élan à nos projets digitaux en mettant à profit votre expérience en matière de communication et de marketing.
- Vous pouvez comprendre l'univers de vos collègues de la communication et travailler en étroite collaboration avec eux, par exemple lorsqu'il s'agit d'organiser une communication autour du lancement de nouveaux produits.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils liés aux données (Excel, PowerBI ou autres) et pouvez exporter les données nécessaires lorsque des demandes de chiffres vous sont adressées.
- Vous présentez vos arguments avec diplomatie mais assurance, en convainquant vos interlocuteurs.
