The DG for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union (DG FISMA) is one of the specialised services of the European Commission. The mission of DG FISMA is to develop well-regulated, stable and globally competitive financial markets in the interest of businesses and consumers and in order to promote growth and job creation.

Below are the details of your role and requirements.

**Your role**:

- Definition of Standard Operating Procedures for administrative support solutions (Digital Workplace solutions based on M365, SharePointOnLine, ServiceNow) across DG FISMA and AMLA
- Preparation of migration plans to transfer services and assets from DG FISMA to AMLA.
- Support all stakeholders in the successful migration and operation of services.
- Monitoring and reviewing day-to-day operations, providing management reporting and proposals for optimisations, spanning on-prem as cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) as solutions (SaaS)2
- Interact with all actors in the IT provisioning as needed (DG FISMA, DIGIT, OLAF, AMLA)
- Support business analysts and the developers on Cloud technology and Data Management capabilities.
- Design systems management solutions for a progressive scaling up of the install base of computers, more specifically: design solutions for the secure deployment of operating systems to computers both on premise and via the cloud for remote workers design solutions for quickly and securely patching systems both on premise and via the cloud for remote workers.
- In the event of continued remote working making sure the solutions don’t induce network infrastructure overload.
- Prepare for seamless scalability and flexibility in housing/hosting in a hybrid environment (encompassing on-prem, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Integrate end point security solutions on computers
- IT Project management for Commission-wide workplace infrastructure projects
- Collaboration with other departments of the Commission

**Who we think you are**:

- Client operating systems, Windows, Linux,
- Cloud services (M365, Azure, AWS) mores specifically services related to systems management,
- Certified knowledge and experience with cloud-based technologies and providers (Azure and or AWS, SaaS providers), including security, business continuity and data protection management,
- On premise Microsoft server technologies,
- Remote working solution based on VPN or other technologies,
- Directory, Identity/Authentication and federation protocols,
- PKI and Encryption solution,
- At least 4 years of specific expertise in Digital Workplace Platforms: M365, SharePoint, Confluence,
- Managing, operating and monitoring IT services and assets across technology stack, including access rights management,
- Problem-solving, supporting and training of end-users,
- At least 4 years of specific expertise in end user assistance/support for dedicated information systems,
- Use of service management tools (e.g. SMT, JIRA, ServiceNow etc

Certifications:
Following certificates & standards are required for the performance of tasks:

- ITIL certification
- Prince2
- Azure Fundamentals or above
