De FOD Beleid en Ondersteuning (FOD BOSA) is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde collega die de **Single Digital Gateway** team wilt komen versterken als **Project manager** bij de DG vereenvoudiging en Digitalisering (DG VD).

De Single Digital Gateway (SDG) is één digitale toegangspoort voor de Europese Unie. Die biedt Europese burgers en bedrijven online toegang tot informatie, procedures en diensten voor ondersteuning. Zo vinden ze sneller en eenvoudiger de juiste informatie die ze nodig hebben om te wonen, studeren of werken in een andere EU-lidstaat. Je vindt er bijvoorbeeld de procedure om je adres te wijzigen, een voertuig te importeren, een Europese gezondheidskaart aan te vragen en zelfs je eigen bedrijf te starten.

SDG is een erg ambitieus project waarbij alle lagen van de administratie betrokken en geëngageerd zullen moeten samenwerken om er een succes van te maken.

Als junior PM binnen de SDG team werk je mee aan de planning, uitvoering en oplevering van projecten onder verantwoordelijkheid van het hoofd van de SDG-programmamanager

Je taken bestaan uit:

- Je initieert en plant het project (studiefase).
- Je bepaalt de totale scope van een project, planning en budget.
- Je volgt de werkzaamheden op de voet en hebt oog voor optimalisatie.
- Je informeert de programmamanager regelmatig over de voortgang van het project.
- Je rapporteert regelmatig over de voortgang van het project aan de stakeholders.
- Je zorgt voor de nodige overdracht, documentatie en opleiding van de betrokken personen.
- Je zorgt voor de nodige rapportages.

**Werkgever**:
Er zijn 2 plaatsen binnen de SDG team van het **directoraat-generaal Vereenvoudiging & Digitalisering **van de **FOD Beleid en Ondersteuning **(Simon Bolivarlaan 30, bus 1)

Het **directoraat-generaal Vereenvoudiging & Digitalisering **ondersteunt federale organisaties bij hun digitalisering en stelt maatregelen voor om de administratieve lasten voor bedrijven en burgers te verminderen. **Het DG is een drijvende kracht achter de evolutie en de digitale
hervormingen van de federale overheid. Het DG verleent advies en werkt projecten uit in verband met
nieuwe technologieën, met bijzondere aandacht voor burger en bedrijf. Meer concreet verleent ze volgende diensten:

- uitwerken van de strategie en de digitale normen van de regering
- uitvoeren en controleren van de digitale transformatie van de federale overheid
- ontwikkelen van transversale digitale diensten en platformen, in samenwerking met de federale organisaties
- voorstellen van maatregelen om de administratieve complexiteit en lasten voor bedrijven, burgers, verenigingen en overheden te verminderen
- berekenen van de kosten die voortvloeien uit regelgeving en administratieve formaliteiten
- het stimuleren en voorstellen, ook op het niveau van de coördinatie, van initiatieven voor administratieve vereenvoudiging binnen de federale besturen en andere organisaties

***De FOD Beleid & Ondersteuning (BOSA) is een horizontale federale overheidsdienst die ondersteuning biedt aan de andere federale organisaties op vlak van IT, HR, organisatiebeheersing, integriteitsbeleid en overheidsopdrachten. Voor enkele andere domeinen, zoals begroting en boekhouding, heeft de FOD BOSA een controlerende rol.
