**Recovery Officer**
**_ Fiducre is een dochternonderneming van ING België, gespecialiseerd in het invorderen van schulden en behoort tot de marktleiders in “Debt Recovery” in België. Haar vaste klanten bestaan uit Financiële instellingen en Banken. Zij doen op Fiducre beroep voor het invorderen van hun_**_ openstaande financiële schuldvorderingen (kredietopeningen, leningen, enz...). Het betreft zowel schulden van partikulieren, zelfstandigen als van bedrijven._**:
**_ Je werkt in onze zetel te Brussel. _**_J_**_e werkt met glijdende uren en je zal één maal per week s’avonds tot 20u00 werken voor telefonische contactname met de debiteuren._**_ Als je tot 20u00 werkt, kan je die dag later starten._**:
**_ Je kan een aantal dagen per week van thuis werken._**:
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
Je voornaamste taken zijn:
- Het proactief beheer en de opvolging van een portefeuille schuldvorderingen.
- Je hebt verschillende contacten:
- Intern: met collega's van andere afdelingen (o.a. administratie en boekhouding), buitenlandse partners en externe medewerkers (mandatarissen enz...).
- Extern: met onze klanten en debiteuren, evenals met partijen die tussenkomen voor rekening van de debiteuren zoals OCMW's, advocaten, curatoren, schuld-bemiddelaars, werkgevers, enz...
- Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van de dossiers.
- Je bent back-up van je collega’s Recovery Officers.
- Je neemt actief deel aan teammeetings en werkgroepen, projecten, enz.
**Profiel en vaardigheden**
- Je hebt minstens een Bachelor diploma.
- Ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie (beheer van schuldinvorderingen) is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
- Je kan vlot werken met Word, Excel en Outlook.
- Je bent polyvalent, discreet en integer.
- Je bent een uitstekende onderhandelaar.
- Je bent klant-, resultaat
- en doelgericht.
- Je hebt een vlotte, communicatieve, dynamische en flexibele persoonlijkheid.
- Je bent stressbestendig en je kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent flexibel, georganiseerd, proactief en je hebt een flinke dosis teamspirit.
