To respond to the demands of our growing team and to support our business as smoothly as possible with our increasing activities, Deminor is looking for a Talented Claims Management Analyst to join our team. The role is hugely instrumental in helping the claims management team deal with our collective high-profiles cases, which is at the heart of our business activities. The team is in charge of our client’s files administration and associated records as well as the ongoing communication with our clients in relation to the progress of our recovery actions.
The role is based in our office in Brussels but provides support to all our locations.
Some of the key responsibilities are outlined below:
- Data management: manage our client’s database (excel), run regular report to ensure accuracy, perform data checks and cross referencing with other data sources, Structure and manage client data in excel tables
- Data manipulation: gathering of trading data, liaising with various third party to collect the necessary documentation and information, reconcile the accuracy of the data received with our own database, identify inaccuracies and manage the process forward to ensure the integrity of client’s data.
- Calculation management: perform complex loss calculation cross referencing the data across various sources.
- Client file management: managing and processing their files and records
- Client communication to include providing the necessary assistance, sending updates and communications on recovery actions in which they participate. Maintaining positive relationships with all clients.
- Ensure compliance with due diligence and existing processes
- General transactional activities to include typing correspondence, mail merge, filling, data entry, general reporting activities.
You will be part of an international and multidisciplinary team of motivated professionals. You will be based in our Brussels office where you will work in close collaboration with all team members.
**About you**:
We believe that to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate many of the following attributes and skills:
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch and English (both verbally and in writing)
- You have outstanding communication skills
- Outstanding numerical skills and have experience with structuring and managing data in complex excel files.
- Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills. You strive to reach excellence in your daily work.
- Some experience in the banking/insurance and/or financial services is required.
- A degree / qualification in maths, economics, or other relevant field would be preferred
- You are a client-oriented, dependable and have excellent people skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail, excellent prioritization skills and you are keen on delivering a high-quality output whilst operating under strict deadlines
- You are a quick-learner, flexible, team player and autonomous
- Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
