**Functie**:
Als **_Claims Analyst_** speel je een sleutelrol in ons bedrijf door toezicht te houden op en effectief om te gaan met alle klachten en zorgen van klanten (B2B & B2C). Je stelt procedures voor klachtenafhandeling op, je lost effectief problemen op en draagt bij aan de voortdurende verbetering van onze klantenservice. Jouw talent om klachten empathisch, professioneel en oplossingsgericht te behandelen is cruciaal voor ons succes.
- Jouw rol als Claims Analyst:_
- Je bent het** eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten** om een optimale klantenservice te bieden. Je luistert aandachtig naar hun zorgen, verzamelt alle relevante informatie en documenteert elke klacht zorgvuldig ;
- Je analyseert elke klacht om onderliggende oorzaken en opkomende trends te identificeren. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen om klachten effectief en naar **tevredenheid** van de klant te **analyseren en op te lossen** ;
- Je communiceert regelmatig met klanten om hen op de hoogte te houden van de voortgang van hun klachten. Je geeft duidelijke antwoorden, passende oplossingen en realistische termijnen voor het oplossen van problemen ;
- Je **trekt conclusies** en informeert zo nodig de afdelingen, zodat er een actieplan kan worden opgesteld;
- Tot slot ben je een bron van ideeën en aarzel je niet om verbeteringen aan te bevelen om de klantentevredenheid te vergroten.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een **bachelordiploma** met een eerste** relevante ervaring** in een gelijkaardige functie;
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het **Frans** en het **Nederlands** (zowel gesproken als geschreven), en een zeer goede kennis van het **Engels**;
- Je bent **oplossings
- en probleemoplossingsgericht**: onverwachte situaties schrikken je niet af en je neemt het initiatief om de meest geschikte oplossing te implementeren;
- Je hebt uitstekende **communicatieve** vaardigheden, waaronder het vermogen om empathisch om te gaan met moeilijke situaties;
- Je bent **klantgericht**, **resultaatgericht** en je wilt graag je doelen bereiken;
- Je werkt graag samen en **teamwerk** zit in je DNA;
- Je bent nauwkeurig, een doorzetter en je bent stressbestendig.
