Notre partenaire recherche un-e **Purchase Manager Group** (H/F) afin de gérer leur portefeuille d'achats, d'établir des relations durables avec les fournisseurs historiques et de trouver de nouveaux partenaires en Belgique et à l'étranger. Rejoignez-le

**Fonction**

Voici la liste de vos **missions**:

- Vous gérez les achats d'une valeur totale de 30 millions d'euros, dont 20 millions d'euros doivent être organisés dans des contrats cadres ;
- Vous gérez les achats de la flotte de véhicules et de l’infrastructure de l'entreprise ;
- Vous maîtrisez les aspects juridiques et financiers pour les contrats cadres ou pour des projets plus spécifiques ;
- Vous trouvez des sources de fournisseurs à l'étranger et assurez des relations durables avec les fournisseurs historiques de l'entreprise en assurant la négociation et leur évaluation ;
- Vous créez une plateforme pour faciliter les achats au sein de l'entreprise ;
- Vous gérez les dossiers de passation de marchés, des appels d’offre aux adjudications ;
- Vous connaissez les achats techniques (électricité, panneaux solaires, chauffage...) et partagez votre vision avec vos collègues en comprenant les besoins, la dynamique du marché et les opportunités ;
- Vous rapportez directement à la direction générale ;
- Vous introduisez des processus et une bonne gestion pour améliorer l'efficacité ;
- Vous vous assurez que les processus soient respectés, soutenez les processus d’amélioration et recherchez des opportunités de marché.

**Et si c'était vous ?**
- Vous avez une formation orientée technique et économique ;
- Vous avez minimum **5 ans d'expérience** en gestion des achats dans le secteur industriel ou technique (secteurs proches de l'électricité) ;
- Vous maîtrisez les aspects juridiques, financiers et opérationnels des contrats cadres ;
- Vous avez une excellente communication et de bonnes capacités de négociation ;
- Vous avez une très bonne maitrise de l'**anglais** (minimum B2) ;
- Vous maîtrisez la Suite Office et avez une appétence pour l’IT ;
- Vous appréciez travailler en équipe ainsi que de coordonner les activités avec le groupe ;
- Vous êtes assertif-ve avec de bonnes aptitudes au réseautage ;
- Vous êtes motivé-e, proactif-ve et fin négociateur ;
- Vous êtes autonome, tactique et stratégique.
