- Als Senior MSP recruiter bij ons label Staffing MS vertegenwoordig jij de HeadFirst Group bij onze klanten in heel Europa, vanuit Brussel.Hoe ga jij dit doen?Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele inhuur proces Vanaf het moment dat de aanvraag binnenkomt tot aan de plaatsing ben jij betrokken. De aanvragen zijn zeer uiteenlopend maar zullen voornamelijk bestaan uit complexe IT-posities.- Ook volg jij daarin de recruitment processen nauw en jij bent “de” schakel tussen hiring management, leveranciers en externe medewerkers. Verder ben jij actief bezig met:
- Het tijdig uitzetten van nieuwe aanvragen bij de leveranciers;
- Het onderhandelen over tarieven en inhuurvoorwaarden met zzp’ers en leveranciers;
- Het screenen en maken van een selectie van de aangedragen kandidaten, de beste stel je voor aan de klant;
- Het zorgen voor een soepel proces en een goede opvolging;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de onboarding en het rond maken van verlengingen;
- Compliance;
- Het monitoren en begeleiden van de voortang in onze dienstverlening.
Functie-eisen
- Bij voorkeur een afgeronde Professionele Bachelor;
- Jij hebt ruime aantoonbare ervaring binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling van ICT profielen;
- Jij bent communicatief sterk en een goede gesprekpartner;
- Jij hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Jij bent dienstverlenend ingesteld, resultaatgericht en hebt een winnaarsmentaliteit
