Voor onze klant, een gekende speler in de medische sector, is Hays Antwerpen Office Professionals op zoek naar een Customer Service Specialist. Zij zijn een internationale speler met een vlakke structuur en directe communicatielijnen. Het gaat om een fulltime betrekking met een vast contract bij opstart.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**

Als customer service-medewerker kom je terecht in een hecht en ervaren team van 4 collega’s. Naast het behartigen van telefonie en de mailbox, zal je klanten te woord staan omtrent prijsaanvragen, leveringstermijnen, facturatieJe filtert de mailbox en verdeelt deze per productcategorie en wijst deze toe aan de desbetreffende collega. Hiernaast bied je ook ondersteuning voor alle uit te lenen materialen, je houdt daarom alles nauwgezet bij in een online applicatie. Je bent een onmisbare spilfiguur en schakel binnen het team en bent een klantvriendelijk en oplossingsgerichte duizendpoot. Tot slot sta je wekelijks ook in voor de rapportages van verkoopgerelateerde cijfers.

Je beschikt over minstens 3-5 jaar werkervaring binnen een gelijkaardige rol. Je hebt ervaring met het beheren en opvolgen van een klantenportefeuille. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die vlot en professioneel communiceert in het Nederlands, Frans én Engels. Gezien de complexiteit van de systemen zoekt onze klant iemand met kennis van SAP. Je bent administratief sterk, servicegericht en houdt van multitasken. Daarnaast werk je graag in team, maar kan je ook zelfstandig aan je taken werken. Je houdt van proactief schakelen waar nodig en streeft naar het behalen van vooropgestelde deadlines. Tot slot ben je klantgericht en denk je in functie van oplossingen.
