**Your role & work environment**:
- One of INGs main distribution sales channels is the independent agent network. This network of independent bank agents represents the main physical face of ING in Belgium and is driving the lion share of the retail sales. As ING we want to make sure we correctly monitor, manage and incentivize the agent network via the independent agent commissioning model._
- The central IA team is responsible for monitoring and analizing the commission pay outs to agents, as well as the strategic redesign of the commissioning model for the future. Your role will focus on the latter._
**Your key responsibilities**:
You will be working on a strategic project in ING Belgium for the redesign of our key distribution channel, Independent Agent network. The project entails the redesign of the commissioning system for Independent Agents and associated potential changes in distribution network footprint. As such, the project requires close collaboration with nearly all product and segment groups with ING Belgium. You will be working within a dynamic, international team managed by and reporting to senior management of ING Belgium and ING Market Leaders organizations. Your role will include a.o.:
- Maintaining and running a model for commission simulations
- Developing & simulating alternative commission and footprint scenarios in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Investigating the multi-faceted impact of developed scenarios such operational, legal & financial implications
- Providing timely and accurate insights on alternative commission and footprint scenarios to senior management
- Preparing & supporting preparation of materials for key meetings with internal & external stakeholders or for reporting purposes
- Preparing for technical and operational implementation of agreed outcome of discussion

As a Banking and Commissioning Consultant you will also need:
- State the minimum qualifications and competences required to successfully perform the job. _
- A masters degree in Business Economics, Management, or equivalent
- A couple of years of relevant experience (in consulting, banking, or other relevant sectors)
- For what concerns languages, English is a must, French and/or Dutch are strong plus
