**Description**
Pour l'un de nos clients actif dans le domaine du crédit-bail, nous recherchons un(e) vendeur(se) interne en crédit-bail immobilier.
En tant qu'agent commercial, vous aurez un rôle de coordination et fournirez un soutien proactif et orienté client aux gestionnaires de comptes immobiliers.
Ce soutien comprend:
- l'approche commerciale des clients et des prospects ;
- élaborer des propositions, établir des notes de crédit, etc ;
- le pilotage et la surveillance des risques dans le cadre du processus de crédit.
- De cette façon, en collaboration avec l'Account Manager, vous réaliserez la stratégie de croissance de Real Estate Lease.
Tâches principales:
- En tant qu'assistant commercial, vous devrez rechercher et évaluer des prospects potentiels ou des opportunités de vente sur la base de diverses sources.
- Vous soutiendrez le gestionnaire de compte dans le processus de vente en recueillant des informations pertinentes sur le client, en effectuant une pré-analyse et en préparant le dossier.
- Préparation des offres, des contrats et suivi des dossiers.
- Préparation de notes commerciales à l'intention du comité de crédit ( analyse financière)
- Vous organisez et coordonnez la coopération avec les autres départements de l'entreprise.
- Vous supervisez le processus d'attribution des crédits et contactez les clients pour obtenir des informations supplémentaires à la demande de l'analyste ou du gestionnaire de compte.
**Profile**
- Une première expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire (3-5 ans).
- Langue maternelle : néerlandais avec une bonne connaissance du français.
- Bonne communication verbale et écrite
- Flexibilité dans l'approche de diverses tâches
- Des connaissances en comptabilité, en fiscalité et/ou en droit sont un atout
- Connaissance de l'analyse financière
- Esprit d'équipe
- Capable de fonctionner de manière autonome au sein d'un petit groupe
- Les points positifs sont une certaine connaissance du crédit aux entreprises, un intérêt pour l'immobilier, un intérêt pour la fiscalité.
