Binnen ons departement Business Competence (Distributie), zoekt het team “B2B communication” een communicatiemedewerker met goede webskills.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat ons extranet, dagelijks gebruikt door makelaars, up-do-date blijft, en zorgt voor alignering met alle stakeholders zodat alle content zelfde look en feel hebben.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat ons extranet verder evolueert: je identificeert en implementeert verdere veréénvoudigingen en je wordt onze superuser van het AXA Portaal - als expert biedt je hulp aan de content editors in onze AXA marketing teams en andere gebruikers.
- Je creëert digitale content en/of helpt collega’s hun ideeën te vertalen naar een digitale content.
- Je staat in voor de reportingcijfers van onze communciatietools.
- Je maakt deel uit van de broker communicatie cel, en staat in voor de Nederlandstalige content. Dit gaat van creatie van content voor onze digitale platformen tot het voorbereiden van de inhoud van onze (fysieke) evenementen.
- Je werkt samen met de verschillende interne (Marketing, Business, Legal & Compliance, Brand, enz.) en externe stakeholders (makelaars/partners).
**Jouw Profiel**
- Je spreekt en schijft vlot in Nederlands met goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een diploma in een communicatie
- of marketingrichting of gelijkgesteld door ervaring (minimum 5 jaren).
- Je hebt ervaring met creatie van digitale content & sociale media. Die zijn een must.
- De belangrijkste html-codes zijn je niet vreemd, je weet wat een contentmanagementsysteem (CMS) is en kent je weg in Google Analytics.
- Je kennis van MS Office is goed.
- Een basiskennis van grafische programma’s is mooi meegenomen
- Je schrijft vlot en to he point en je houdt ervan om moeilijke materie behapbaar te maken.
- Je bent stressbestendig en werken met deadlines vormt voor jou geen probleem.
- Je hebt oog en aandacht voor innovatie en je kan bestaande werkwijzen en processen in vraag stellen met oog op verbetering en kwaliteitsverhoging.
- Je kan goed organiseren, plannen, prioriteiten leggen en proactief handelen.
- Je bent een echt teamplayer.
