In samenwerking met onze klant Procter & Gamble zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een
**Area Field Manager North (M/V/X)** die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het leiden, ondersteunen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van 4 Sales Activators om de doelen te bereiken.

Type contract: Contract van onbepaalde duur.

Startdatum: Zo snel mogelijk.

Locatie: Brussel & Vlaams-Brabant

Verantwoordelijkheden:
Als Area Field Manager is het jouw doel om de verkoop, distributie en zichtbaarheid van P&G producten te ontwikkelen.

Om deze missie te bereiken zal je:

- De doelstellingen van je team bepalen, hun prestaties opvolgen en hen stimuleren om uit te blinken.
- Regelmatig coachen en veldcontroles uitvoeren.
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ondersteunen van de Field Sales Manager op het vlak van het coderen/bijhouden van het CRM en Showpad platform (Content Sharing Tool)
- Het produceren en analyseren van rapporten en het voorbereiden van Field Sales Meetings.
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het spelen van de rol van Sales Representative bij afwezigheid om de gaten tijdelijk op te vullen.
- Je klanten opleiden en informeren over producten, nieuwe producten en promoties.
- Nieuwe producten in de schappen introduceren door je klanten te overtuigen hun assortiment verder te ontwikkelen.
- Productpresentatie optimaliseren.
- Deelnemen aan installaties met je buitenteams.
- Vergaderingen organiseren en je team evalueren, enz.
- Nuttige informatie verzamelen over de activiteiten van concurrenten en deze delen met het team.
- Zorgen voor een nauwgezette administratieve opvolging van je activiteiten en accurate rapportering.

Kwalificaties & Aanbieding:
De toekomstige kandidaat die we zoeken heeft ;
- Minstens 6 maanden ervaring als buitendienstmedewerker (ambulant / extern).
- Relevante ervaring in de Retail-Food sector: (M/V/X) vakkenvuller, verkoopassistent, merchandiser, caissière, afdelingsmanager, etc.
- Affiniteit met FMCG-producten: Eten, drinken, huishoudelijke verzorging, schoonheidsverzorging, etc.
- Rijbewijs.
- Een commercieel instinct en een talent voor onderhandelen en tegenspreken.
- Een voorliefde voor uitdaging en resultaten.
