Hobson Prior are seeking for a LIMS Change Manager/Specialist to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Brussels. Our client is focused on producing valuable solutions that make improvements to the lives of many.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- For this position, you will handle local specifications alterations such as create/update, rendering to processes in place as well as business requirements.
- Execute, follow-up and converse on KPI.
- Guarantee the follow-up of aberrations and suitable root cause analysis to acknowledge the right activity plan.
- Implement the company's health and safety policy.
- You will check the progress of the change with shareholders and raise any risks in the initially planned execution timetable.
- Any other assigned duties.
**Key Skills**:
- An organised individual.
- Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Able to think analytically with the ability to resolve issues.
**Requirements**:
- Educated to a master's degree level in an engineering discipline within a science such ad chemistry, physics, biology, pharmacy, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience within a GMP/lab setting.
- Know-how and familiarity with data management/LIMS/SAP as key users/specification management/monography development/project management would be advantageous.
- Capable of reviewing staffing and means versus project workload and translate into a clear activity plan with a suitable follow-up.
- Operational brilliant and compliance references when making decisions.
- Know-how of specifications management.
- A background in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, etc., as well as data management/analytics.
- Past involvement in using LIMS software would be beneficial.
- Acquaintance with using TrackWise software for deviation management would be advantageous to the role.
- Project leadership proficiency which involves, planning, supervising resolving problems, investigations such as DMAIC, 5M, etc., making decisions and reporting.
