As a Revenue Growth Manager Analyst in Zaventem, Belgium you will be part of the Benelux Revenue Growth & Category Management team, a team of 9 people based in Belgium (Zaventem) and in the Netherlands (Hertogenbosch). The role is role is part of our Hybrid model where you will be based in our Zaventem or Den Bosch Head Office whilst giving you that flexibility to work where best supports you.

As an RGM analyst you play a key role in driving profitable growth for our Benelux business, by managing different strategic drivers of the business. You will have an overarching view of the business with a passion for numbers to enable us to deliver our growth strategies.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
**Contributing to designing the 3-year Revenue Growth strategy**: Pricing, Mix, Trade Architecture & Promotion
Development, continuous improvement, deployment & analysis of standardized reports to increase transparency regarding the commercial principles on different levels (country, category, customer, portfolio, channel):
Highlighting anomalies and deviations from targets

**Performing analysis and providing recommendations on**:
Pricing
Promotion
Trade architecture
Channel performance
Mix management

**Promotion**:
Development of the annual promotional guidelines for Belgium & Netherlands (frequency, critical weeks, mechanisms, channels, brand mix, product formats,)
Planning & Execution of promotions according to the promotion guidelines
**Efficiencies**: Analysis of uplift and financial performance of promotions
Management of the promotional investment Benelux vs annual budget

**Assortment**:
Supporting the assortment strategy and recommendations from a financial & mix point of view
Supporting the development of the P&L of new products or ranges (pricing, trade allowances)
Manage our assortment of promotional copacked SKUs (e.g. displays)

**Reporting**:
Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting and ensure a corporate design language across all reports
Create and deliver impactful presentations that tell a story focused on insights to help identify growth opportunities and drive effective decision making

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

I deally Business Degree combined with 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG
Ideally previous experience in Revenue Growth Management and/or Business Analysis
An analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and affinity with financial metrics, attention to details
Proactive mindset, high customer
- and service orientation
Good communication skills
Good English, Dutch and/or French language skills
Advanced MS-Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
