Nous recherchons un Customer Support Officer désireux de travailler dans une startup technologique en pleine croissance.
**_Responsabilités_**
Vous serez la pierre angulaire de l’entreprise et au centre de tous les processus.
- Support client : assurer le suivi et le support auprès des clients
- Assistance administrative : check de la facturation, suivi des dossiers
- Assister l’équipe logistique : gérer les planning, assurer la liaison entre le service client et le service logistique, monitorer les zones de stockage
**Profil recherché**:
**_Pré-requis_**
- Être parfaitement bilingue FR/EN ou FR/NL
- Rigoureux, précis, organisé, respectueux des consignes
- Résistant au stress
- Facilité de rédaction, excellente orthographe
- Orienté clients et solutions
- Capacité à communiquer avec divers interlocuteurs tant en interne qu’en externe
- Motivé, engagé, volontaire et impliqué dans le travail
- Autonome, capacité à travailler en équipe et à prendre des initiatives
- Une expérience au sein d’un Customer service ou dans une fonction similaire est un atout
