Operational Risk Officer

Vous souhaitez avoir une vue d'ensemble des processus de Fédérale Assurance? Souhaitez-vous les comprendre et vous assurer, avec les propriétaires des processus, que les risques sont maîtrisés ? Alors ce poste est fait pour vous.
Vous ferez partie du Risk Management. Vous travaillerez à l'amélioration et au développement de la gestion des risques conformément aux exigences de Federale Assurance ainsi qu'aux réglementations applicables.
Pour ce faire, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions de contrôle et avec les responsables des lignes de business.
**Fonction**
Avec l'équipe du Risk Management, vous allez traquer et quantifier les risques opérationnels, en particulier dans le domaine de l'ICT. L'essentiel du travail consiste à identifier, évaluer, surveiller et atténuer ces risques. Ce poste polyvalent vous demande d’anticiper les nouveaux développements dans le domaine de la sécurité de l'information, notamment en ce qui concerne la sécurité des données et la cybersécurité.
Dans un environnement où la compliance et la couverture du risque sont des sujets prépondérants, vous aurez avec l’équipe du Risk Management pour missions de:
- Collaborer et mettre à jour le risk mapping de Fédérale Assurance
- Participer à des risk assessment
- Proposer et piloter des mesures de mitigation des risques, avec un focus dans le domaine ICT
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et à l'analyse des nouvelles lois et réglementations
- Renforcer le pilotage du contrôle interne du Groupe
- S’assurer du respect des règlementations et des standards de Fédérale Assurance
**Profil**
- Vous avez un diplôme universitaire et une affinité avec tous les domaines afférents à l’ ICT.
- Vous disposez d’une expertise dans l’implémentation de référentiel (COSO, ISO, etc.).
- Vous êtes un partenaire qui conseille de manière proactive et avec un esprit critique positif.
- Vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse, êtes rigoureux et avez l'esprit d'équipe.
- Vous avez d'excellentes capacités de communication et une aisance rédactionnelle.
- Vous vous exprimez facilement tant en français qu’en néerlandais, avec un bon niveau en anglais.
