**Service Quality Manager**
- Doelstelling van de functie?_
We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Service Quality Manager die DPD Belux kan helpen om de delivery performance naar onze klanten te verbeteren.
Als Service Quality manager ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van verbeterkansen en help je de operationele teams deze te implementeren op de verschillende locaties in Belgie en Luxemburg. Daarnaast ben je de spil tussen de operations teams, de andere afdelingen en het Europese hoofdkantoor. Je ademt Service Quality en speelt een leidende rol om de Service cultuur naar een nog hoger plan te tillen binnen onze snel groeiende organisatie.
- Wat ga je in de rol van Service Quality Manager doen?_
- Analyseren van service performance (levertijden, tevredenheid, communicatie etc.) op basis van gegevens uit diverse databases & dashboards
- In geval van verminderde of negatieve service performance zoek je naar de oorzaak en formuleert verbeteracties naar de stakeholders toe. Je stuurt daarbij aan op cross functionele oplossingen
- Opvolgen van verbeteracties en projecten, adviseren en ondersteunen van (operations) management door middel van best practices en ervaring
- Aansturen van een klein team van data analysten en process improvement specialisten en verzorgen van een nauwe samenwerking met je collega´s binnen het operations support team
- Je denkt actief mee na over nieuwe ideeën omtrent het verder professionaliseren en vormgeven van de afdeling Service Quality
- Je vertegenwoordigt DPD Belux binnen de Service Quality community van Geopost (de groep)

- Wat verwachten we van jou?_
- Bachelor in logistiek, bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt een ruime ervaring in logistiek, operations, customer service en/of proces optimalisatie in een vergelijkbare functie
- Je hebt een goede kennis van verbeter-tools, operations en customer service
- Je bent analytisch en communicatief ingesteld
