As Documentation and Dossier Specialist, you will be working with a driven service team of Documentation and Dossier Specialists. In addition, you will be responsible for handling several service requests and providing functional project support. In the role of Documentation Specialist, you will also be:
- Responsible for document management.
- Editing, Uploading and following up on documents in the documentation system.
- Consolidating Documents.
- Reviewing reports in Microsoft word and related activities.
- Troubleshooting and Resolving issues.
- Facilitating initiation, maintaining overview and following up on data requests.
- Performing other functional related support such as Master Data code creation and follow-up, Data Review, Template Management, etc.
- Participating actively in team and client meetings.
- In the role of Dossier Specialist, you will also be: Creating and editing of CMC dossiers in Word, PDF and document management systems.
- Creating of the response dossiers and dossier plan.
- Performing data entry tasks.
- Performing CMC Word formatting tasks.
- Handling troubleshooting and system support tasks.
- Giving trainings about the document management system and CMC formatting.
- Scheduling meetings, and support the technical start-up in meeting rooms.
- Leading meetings, and presenting in meetings.
- Setting up and adjusting timelines with Microsoft projects.
- Keeping track of project timelines and incoming documents.
**Qualifications**
- A bachelor degree in Office Management/Business Management or equivalent by experience.
- A first administrative work experience is a plus.
- Outstanding written and communication skills in English. Dutch is nice to have.
- Excellent computer & software skills (able to learn to work with different tools and document management systems).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Showing initiative, assertiveness in follow-up of requests, pro-active approach
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Team player mentality.
- You don't mind speaking in front of a large group and creating small training courses based on the needs of the customer.
- You have the patience to help people with troubleshooting.
**A full-time permanent contract.**
