**About the Role**:
The Senior Program Manager (SPM) for Marketing Campaign Deployment and Market Coordination joins the Unilever team as a crucial resource to ensure seamless execution of global marketing campaigns across local markets. This role acts as the primary liaison between the global marketing team and local marketing teams, facilitating communication, providing support, and ensuring that campaign toolkits and assets are deployed effectively and on time. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of coordinating complex projects and facilitating cross-functional collaboration within a global organization. The SPM will play a critical role in driving consistent brand messaging and maximizing the impact of Unilever's marketing campaigns worldwide.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Campaign Deployment Coordination**: Lead the coordination and execution of global marketing campaigns across local markets, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies and timelines.
- **Global-Local Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact between the global marketing team and local marketing teams, facilitating communication, addressing questions, and resolving issues.
- **Toolkit Management**: Oversee the distribution and implementation of campaign toolkits and assets to local markets, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available and understood.
- **Training & Support**: Provide training and support to local marketing teams on the effective use of campaign toolkits and best practices for campaign execution.
- **Progress Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor campaign deployment progress across all markets, tracking key milestones and providing regular updates to global marketing leadership.
- **Compliance & Consistency**: Ensure that local market campaign executions adhere to global brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- **Best Practice Sharing**: Facilitate the sharing of best practices and learnings across local markets, fostering continuous improvement in campaign deployment and execution.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in both global and local marketing teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the campaign deployment process, improving efficiency and effectiveness.

**What You’ll Need**:

- **Experience**:5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of coordinating complex projects and working within a global organization. Experience in campaign deployment or localization is highly desirable.
- **Exceptional organizational and project management skills**:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across different cultures.
- **Strong understanding of global marketing strategies and best practices**:Knowledge of campaign development and execution across various channels.
- **Proficient in project management tools and platforms**:Experience with collaboration platforms, project tracking software, and digital asset management systems.
- **Strong understanding of Unilever's brands and target audiences**:Ability to ensure consistent brand messaging across different markets.
