As we continue to create breakthroughs that change patients' lives, we are looking for a consultant for a project as Country Brand Lead Anti - Infective (AI), in the Hospital division for Belgium and Luxembourg.
In this project, the Country Brand Lead Consultant will launch in the coming 3 years 2 breakthrough medicines in the AI therapeutic area.

As Country Brand Lead (CBL) Consultant for the AI portfolio you are accountable - after ensuring with the XF Access team the reimbursement and pricing of your new dermatology brands - to drive, co-develop and co-implement the best-in-class omnichannel strategy, consisting of creative digital and non-digital marketing strategies and tactics in close collaboration with the local and GLocal cross-functional (XF) team members.
- Drive access strategy and support the XF Access Team to achieve the desired access, pricing and reimbursement
- Drive KOL/patient advocacy groups development and advocacy in accordance with policies and maintain personal contact with selected key customers/KOLs
- Be responsible for the development of the local strategic and tactical omnichannel plans based on customer/account/patient insights in alignment with cross-functional team members
- Build & execute a launch excellence omnichannel plan for your AI portfolio
- Lead different cross-functional teams to ensure diverse expert input from colleagues and to drive team execution
- Think on new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our customers while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities
- Successfully increase our customer and patient impact through new digital channels and further optimization of current non-digital channels
- Co-lead with medical the development of non-promotional (on top and/or instead of promotional/branded) materials based on customer/account/patient insights and customer/account/patient needs, via the GLOCAL model
- Able to take ownership and drive projects from conceptualization to implementation
- Share and gather knowledge and best practices with/from other business departments and from omnichannel marketing teams above country and externally
- Support acceleration of new capabilities, including omnichannel marketing
- Active monitoring of developments in the healthcare environment, trends, competitor activities, customer
- and patient-insights
- Accountable for managing forecasts, revenues and expenses
- Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and customer engagement in SP environment
- Able to understand strategic business needs and customer insights and translate them into clearly defined digital and/or non-digital marketing campaigns
- Effective collaboration skills: works effectively within different teams; comfortable with shared responsibility; takes appropriate risks if/when needed; celebrates achievements; demonstrates a sense of urgency and ownership
- Ability to analyze data, interpret and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
- Identifies, measures and evaluates key performance metrics
- Challenges status quo to drive innovation
- Experience interacting with external customers & stakeholders and acting upon customer insights
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluency in Business English as well as Dutch or French, with a mínimal requirement to understand and communicate in both languages
- Team player, track record of working collaboratively/with others across functions
- Agility & flexibility are highly developed and present in your way of working
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
