For one of our international Clients at Isprox Consulting we are looking for a
Senior Customer Service (Export). Our client is a multinational solution
provider within the supply chain sector, headquartered in Middle East and
expanding their operation in more than 30 countries across Middle East, Asia,
Africa and Europe. The group has a proven track improving the integration of

**Description of this role**:
The responsibilities will include managing the country P&L, maximising market penetration, ensuring profitable transaction volumes and line management of the country team. Must develop not only the business within the country, but also, for the Company network. The responsibilities include focusing on the financial performance within the country, including budgets of each business group (Airfreight, Ocean Freight,Industrial Projects, etc.). The key role is to oversee the day-to-day activities the country and to ensure that the Company assets are managed to attain maximum profitability.

Key customer relationships are maintained

Provide effective leadership to team, ensuring morale and motivation levels are kept high in order to help employees excel in all of their duties.

Reporting to the Regional CEO

Escalation if necessary

Build and maintain key internal and external relationships and serve as external point contact and negotiator for the company
- Responsibilities & Administration Support_

Leading, motivating and recruiting the country team to ensure results are maximised and motivation is maintained

Development of a robust year-on-year strategy and managing the implementation of this to ensure achievement of the country budget

Pro-active courting of potential new business opportunities

Managing existing key accounts to ensure profitable transaction growth

Identifying new business opportunities

Ensuring Company’s performance is in accordance with Health & Safety requirements and regulations

Define and approve Quality & Environmental rules in coordination with QES Manager

Monitoring Agent performance against market and budget, analysing transaction levels and identifying solutions

Ensuring the resolution of operational and other problems through the management of key personnel and liaison with the relevant teams

Identifying new opportunities and working with relevant teams to ensure the smooth introduction and marketing of any enhanced or new products

Ensuring full business policy and legal compliance

Increase and establish brand awareness and market share, and to work out strategic business/ marketing plans to increase sales volume and profitability.

Develop an annual account plan with a strategic focus directed to identifying all opportunities, selecting strategic prospects, identifying customer needs, and selling communications solutions to achieve revenue/margin and sales objectives

Drive country business to achieve and surpass sales and business goals and company objectives

Responsible for follow-up of implementation of Company’s policy in association with QES Manager

Identify company’s objectives

Ensuring that management review meetings are held as defined in QES Manual
