**Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Further develop PMO structure and governance, clear mandates, deliverables and follow-up, including maintenance and introduction of relevant tools and frameworks
- Identify improvement potential and lead projects and initiatives within HR supporting the strategic agenda of YEU
- Advise, coach and train employees and managers in project management and continuous improvement practices
- Track and follow-up on improvement initiatives across YEU, challenge and support where needed
- Ensure active prioritization across initiatives, mitigation of main risks and secure timely implementation
- Active stakeholder management of internal customers at all levels within YEU and interfacing HR functions, building long-term relationships and collaboration
- Establish and/or contribute in relevant project management and HR networks in Yara and outside
- Support the use and development of compelling business cases, prepare recommendations and present to relevant management teams, execute communication through others
- Responsible for coordinating with multiple functional areas, eg. IT, Finance, HESQ, and ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and compelling way With thorough understanding of the Human Resources field in combination of business understanding, advice and influence within the complex environment that YEU operates within

**Profile**:

- Relevant higher degree-level education, preferably Masters
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience from an international environment, experience from working in HR
- Extensive project management experience is a must and experience with HR projects, plus relevant certifications are a benefit
- Proven track record from a variety of complex stakeholder management projects and leading projects with a substantial focus on change management
- Broad understanding of the Human Resources field, staying up to date on market trends and development
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to translate concepts and numbers to simple and compelling communication
- Working independently with a strong sense of ownership. Taking a proactive approach in identifying and follow-up on improvement initiatives and connected activities to completion
- Structured and results oriented
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with proven results from collaborating across functional areas and geographies over time
- Great problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify opportunities to optimize and harmonize tasks
- Drive and “can do attitude” is essential
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written Preferred location; Oslo, Brussels, Vilnius
