**Jouw nieuwe functie**

Voor een internationale klant in Zaventem is Hays op zoek naar een **Financieel Administratief medewerker.**

Als **Financieel Administratief medewerker** ben je verantwoordelijk voor allerlei **administratieve** taken. Allereerst bestaat je takenpakket grotendeels uit het boeken van de inkomende **facturatie**. Zo zal je je facturen ontvangen, nakijken en ingeven. Ook zal je deze nauwkeurig screenen op fouten en uiteindelijk in een later stadium ook betalen. Verder sta je ook in voor het **creëren van operaties in het systeem**. Daarnaast zal je instaan voor het overzichtelijk houden van de leveranciersboekhouding en verwante rekeningen waarbij je bijvoorbeeld de facturen gaat matchen met de juiste leveranciers.

Op het einde van elke maand zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de **registratie van de lonen**, waarbij je bijvoorbeeld ook de operaties en verwerking van de groeps
- en hospitalisatieverzekering en maaltijdcheques nauwgezet in de gaten houdt. Verder sta je ook in voor het **klassement** van documenten. Tot slot, heb je **contacten** met zowel **interne** als **externe** **departementen**. Deze contacten met de **leveranciers** zullen grotendeels gaan over het opvragen van facturen via mail.

Mee werken aan de afsluiting zoals het boeken van provisies voor niet ontvangen facturen; verantwoordelijk voor de correcte situaties van de goederen in transit, niet ontvangen facturen en voorschotfacturen rapporten.

**Jouw profiel**

Voor deze job als **Financieel Administratief medewerker** is Hays op zoek naar iemand met een boekhoudkundige opleiding, maar iemand met een **sterke interesse in binnenkomende facturatie** komt ook in aanmerking. Bij voorkeur heb je al een **relevante** **werkervaring** achter de rug. Je communiceert perfect in het **Nederlands** en het **Engels**, zowel mondeling als geschreven en hebt een goede kennis van de **Franse** **geschreven** taal.

Je **enthousiasme** en **motivatie** weerhouden je niet om **zelfstandig** en **nauwkeurig** te werk te gaan. Verder ben je **scherpzinnig, cijfermatig** en heb je **oog voor detail**. Je werkt liever extra aan een taak, om zeker te zijn dat alle **details** goed nagekeken zijn.
