Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Research clients' companies to gain insight into their industry and requirements.
- Define job descriptions and document specifications for open positions.
- Follow-up references and check credits as applicable.
- Build long-term client relationships by providing excellent service and understanding their hiring needs.

**Requirements information**:

- 3 - 5 years of experience as a recruiter in Life Sciences.
- Passionate about uncovering people's unique core values, career aspirations, and next steps in life.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or willingness to learn.
- Motivated and energetic profile.
- Quick learner and curious by spirit.
- Good time management and excellent presentation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Teamplayer

Dimensions:

- Hybrid position.
- Reports to the General Manager
- Internal contacts: liaising with all staff involved in Business Development and Recruiting activities.
