**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- In this role, you will enhance sales profitability and performance. You manage global sales coordination and have the end-to-end perspective of production. The decisions you take enable lead time, costs and quality optimization.

**TASKS**

**Activity 1: First you will be responsible for some parts of the sale build up process (3/month). You will help out other colleagues in order to get to know the job.**

**Activity 2 : You will discover and help to produce sales sourced in the Benelux for all segments : Fashion, Shoes & Accessories, Home & Deco, FMCG.**

**Activity 3 : You will collect all the content from our brands : descriptions, pictures and brief our Digital Factory (data, photo and translators teams).**

**Activity 4 : You will be in charge of merchandising : creation of the arborescences of the sales in French and Dutch, conversion of sizes etc. Everything needed to make sales attractive You check the general visual of the sales, taking both customers and the brand's perspective.**

**Activity 5 : You will be responsible for the quality of your work and produce qualitative sales.**

**Activity 6: You manage your individual planning, handle different deadlines and perform reporting.**

**MUST HAVE skills**:

- Currently studying and eager to put things into practice
- Organized and able to set priorities
- Problem-solving mindset
- Multi-tasking spirit
- A team player, but you can also work independently
- Dutch or French speaking
- Fluent in English
- Open to feedback and not afraid to give feedback
- Required to do an internship as part of your studies
