As a crucial member of our team, you will work in tandem with other **ICT manager** to break down silos and gain a comprehensive understanding of the "big picture." Your strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills will be pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring company's continuous growth and competitiveness.

The Role of ICT technology manager:

- Create a supportive and cohesive Network for the Community Practitioners, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the community.
- Champion Agile practices and ensure their implementation, utilizing company's tools and methodologies effectively.
- Accelerate professional growth and maturity within the tribe by coaching members and advocating for best practices and mandatory standards.
- Foster a culture of cross-team collaboration, encouraging communication and reducing duplication of work.
- Support skills development paths, including interactions with the Squads Leads from the Tribes.
- Engage and inspire members of your Community of Practice, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify or create training materials, collaborating with IT Training to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
- Represent the division in the ICT board, working alongside the Process Owner and Process Manager to contribute to the broader IT practice strategy.
- Play a key role in the recruitment process, assessing the skills of potential practitioners and conducting interviews with Squads Leads.

Skills and Experience:

- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with a focus on IT.
- Possess a minimum of **10 to 15 years of experience** in your area of Practice, with exposure to Agile methodologies. A combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent expertise will also be considered.
- Showcase previous experience in a leadership role, effectively interacting with team members.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Community of Practices/Guild animation and people development through coaching.
- Have a strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with experience in large-sized Agile implementations.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of capital markets, bond issuance, pre-issuance multi-party workflows, settlement, and custody activities, as well as the underlying business risks.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Possess negotiation skills, enabling effective influence on teams and key stakeholders.
- Exhibit outstanding documentation and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Create a safe and respectful environment, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Showcase adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to drive positive change within your Community of Practice.

As the ICT Technology manager, you bring extensive experience in software development, having held roles as a Senior Software Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technology Expert. Your in-depth knowledge of **DevOps practices** will be an asset in driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
