Als Product Owner die deel uitmaakt van de Payments Tribe - Cards, is het je verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat de klantervaring slim, gepersonaliseerd en naadloos is met digitale en gebruiksvriendelijke processen. Hierbij houd je rekening met alle vereisten en gevaren. Het is jouw uitdaging om de digitale routekaart voor app & web voor alles dat met kaarten te maken heeft uit te stippelen, en ook onze belangrijkste digitale kaartenstroom te onderhouden, om onze digitale & mobiele ambities waar te maken en de beste mobiele bank te worden. Onze klanten voelen dat onze mensen hen in staat stellen om zowel in het leven als in zaken een stap voor te blijven.

De Payments Tribe bestaat uit drie domeinen: Cards, Payments and Merchant Solutions. Het gebied “Cards” bestrijkt drie onderwerpen, zoals Debit Cards, Credit Cards en Digitization, het gebied “Payments” bestrijkt producten als SEPA, International Credit transfer & Direct Debits, rapportage en het gebied “Merchant Solutions” bestrijkt merchant acquiring en Payconiq.

**Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je zorgt ervoor dat jij en de collega's van je squad werken aan de juiste prioriteiten
- Je beheert en beperkt de belemmeringen en afhankelijkheden tussen squads en tribes
- Je draagt je vaardigheden en competenties actief bij aan onze multidisciplinaire zelfsturende teams
- Je kunt bedrijfsprocessen en klantreizen analyseren en ontwerpen
- Je verwerft grondig inzicht in de markt en onze klanten
- Je neemt de end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor een klantreis van informatieaanvraag tot de aankoop en onderhoud
- Je helpt de kwaliteit van de communicatie van ING via verschillende kanalen en touch points te verbeteren
- Je beheert onafhankelijk je eigen workstream(s) als deel van de projecten van het team
- Je neemt actief deel en neemt, waar nodig, initiatieven om de samenwerking tussen verschillende stakeholders en collega's in andere teams te verbeteren, met als doel nog meer toegevoegde waarde voor onze klanten te creëren
- Je managet je stakeholders op het gebied van verwachtingen, afhankelijkheden, buy-in en zorgt ervoor dat de geleverde oplossing past bij de behoeften van de klant
- Je werkt samen met je squad-leden met verschillende expertise om de verandering tot stand te brengen, met steun van je Chapter Lead en Agile Coach
- Je begrijpt bedrijfsprincipes en externe regelgeving en past deze toe
- Je bent een ambassadeur voor de Agile manier van werken binnen je squad en tribe

- Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands of Frans
- Masterdiploma met mínimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Ervaring met het domein debit/creditcard en/of clearing & settlement is een plus
