The _Maison _Pierre Marcolini is a Gastronomy House active in the creation, production and distribution of luxury chocolates, patisserie, sweet treats, and ice cream.

**Mission**:
Join us as an Operations Officer and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics. You will contribute to maintaining the high standards for Maison Pierre Marcolini's requirements in its segment and supporting our growth in the B2B and E-commerce channels.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As an Operations Officer, your mission is to oversee the entire process of orders for our business and online customers, from preparation to delivery.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Planning future orders.
- Evaluating assembly times and ensuring an adequate workforce.
- Generating production orders and analyzing efficiency in assemblies.
- Ensuring clear understanding among assembly teams regarding orders to be prepared.
- Monitoring product stock.
- Managing administrative aspects of confirmed orders.
- Tracking parcel shipments.
- Working on the digitization of transport labels.
- Managing and monitoring the daily processing of online orders.
- Supporting the preparation of shipments to customers.
- Monitoring high-value orders.
- Creating delivery labels for online shipments.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, in administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and methodical approach.
- Ability to handle stress during peak periods.
- Affinity with the digital environment and digital tools.
- Preferred experience in a similar role in operations.
- Fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
