Plus qu’un simple slogan, nous cherchons un Duty Operations Officer pour faire vivre cette vision de Thalys sur le terrain : à quai, à bord et en gare.

Vos missions:
Sous la direction Operations, le département Operations a la charge du suivi opérationnel de la réalisation du plan de transport et de la gestion des aléas, dans le respect de la sécurité, de la satisfaction voyageurs et de la régularité.

Le
**Duty Operations Officer **a pour role de vérificateur sur l’assemblage du plan de transport. Etre responsable en opérationnel et Pré-Opérationnel du bon déroulement du plan de transport Thalys en France, Belgique, Pays-Bas et Allemagne, en temps normal et en temps de crise.

Piloter les crises de niveau 2:

- Etre l’interlocuteur opérationnel et le représentant de Thalys vis-à-vis des services opérationnels des autres EF (réseaux NS, SNCB, SNCF Voyages, Eurostar, DB FV,), des gestionnaires d’Infrastructure (Infrabel, SNCF Réseau, Prorail, DB Netz) et autres partenaires opérationnels
- Etre le manager Opérationnel du COT lors d’incident
- S’assurer de la réalisation des Opérations et de la prise en charge de l’information des clients, des trains managers et des trains drivers

Assurer le suivi des actions suite aux retours d’expérience:

- Alimenter et co-animer les Rex animés par la cellule Continuous Improvement
- Suivre la mise en place et l’avancement des actions préconisées dans le Rex au sein de Thalys

Coordonner la gestion de crise et l’astreinte production:

- Rédiger et faire appliquer le processus de gestion de crise en situation perturbée
- Assurer la formation des astreintes
- Elaborer des scénarios de crise
- Organiser des exercices de crise et des journées de formation d’astreinte

Process Owner GSP « gestion des situations perturbées »:

- Responsable hiérarchique du continuous improvement officer et l’Obeya
- S’assurer de l’évolution des standards GSP
- Poursuivre le travail de validation des standards en transverse
- Faire le lien avec le prestataire CUBIK jusqu’à échéance du contrat
- Piloter le processus dans les différentes instancesDe afdeling Operations is onder leiding van de directie Operations verantwoordelijk voor de operationele opvolging van de implementatie van het transportplan en het beheer van wijzigingen, rekening houdend met de veiligheid, de klanttevredenheid en de stiptheid.

De taak van de Duty Operations Officer is de samenstelling van het transportplan te controleren. Operationeel en preoperationeel verantwoordelijk zijn voor het goede verloop van het Thalys-transportplan in Frankrijk, België, Nederland en Duitsland, zowel in normale tijden als in tijden van crisis.

Crises van niveau 2 beheren:

- De contactpersoon voor Operational en de vertegenwoordiger van Thalys zijn voor de operationele diensten van andere spoorwegondernemingen (NS, NMBS, SNCF Voyages, Eurostar, DB FV), bij de infrastructuurbeheerders (Infrabel, SNCF Réseau, Prorail, DB Netz) en de andere operationele partners
- Optreden als Operations Manager van het OCT tijdens incidenten
- De uitvoering van Operations en de berichtgeving aan de klanten, de Train Managers en de Train Drivers verzekeren.

De acties na feedback opvolgen:

- Input geven voor en mee organiseren van de feedbackrapporten die worden verzorgd door de cel Continuous Improvement
- Toezicht houden op de uitvoering van de voorgeschreven acties in het feedbackrapport van Thalys

Het crisisbeheer en de wachtdienst productie coördineren:

- Het crisisbeheersproces opstellen en doen toepassen in een verstoorde situatie
- De organisatie van de wachtdiensten verzekeren
- Crisisscenario's uitwerken
- Crisisoefeningen en opleidingsdagen organiseren voor de wachtdiensten

Process Owner BVS (beheer verstoorde situatie):

- Hiërarchisch verantwoordelijke van de Continuous Improvement Officer en de Obeya
- De evolutie van de BVS-normen verzekeren
- Het werk voor de transversale validatie van de standaarden voortzetten
- Contact onderhouden met de CUBIK-dienstverlener tot het einde van het contract
- Het proces door de verschillende instanties loodsen
- Profil
Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire dans le secteur ferroviaire.
- Vous avez déja managé une équipe.
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de réactivités liées aux imprévus.
- Vous savez gérer des situations de crises.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français (écrit et oral) et l’anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais est un plus.- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in de spoorwegsector.
- Je hebt al aan het hoofd van een team gestaan.
- Je hebt goede analytische en organisatorische vaardighe
