**In Belgium and Luxemburg, we are the official distributor of** **Toyota and Lexus**. Therefore, we act under the name of Toyota Belgium. Our Belgian headquarters are based in **Zaventem**.
We are currently looking for a **CUSTOMER JOURNEY MANAGER** to strengthen our Marketing -team.
The Customer journey manager owns a key role to offer the best customer experience at Toyota and Lexus.
You will be the reference within Toyota Belgium for customer experience and will ensure change management. You are responsible to provide consumer insights to other teams and design the next best customer experience.
The customer journey manager serves as a liaison between teams to understand the opportunities and pain points.
Your responsibilities:
- Gain a profound understanding of the market and customers’ needs
- Lead surveys to get insights from customers and prospects
- Define a strategy and a roadmap with impactful customer journeys
- Design impactful customer journeys
- Close monitoring of related KPI’s
- End to end ownership of the projects she/he initiates
- Collaborate closely with dealers and organize frequent visit to review results and action plan
- Initiate discussion with customers to co-create
- Lead workshops around customer experience with different stakeholders to generate ideas and action plan
- Manage the Voice of the customer tool
- Share the results and insights
- You have minimum 5 years’ experience within similar role
- You are experienced in testing methodology, Project Management and definition/ design of Customer journey’s
- You can communicate fluently in FR/DUT/ENG
- You have affinity with the automotive sector
- You are proactive, creative (think out of the box), cooperative, open mindness
- You have sense for details and precision. You structure all your ideas.
- Business focus : understanding of business levers translated in compressive set of KPIs’
- You breathe Customer Centricity : ability to think as a (final) customer
