Onze klant is actief in de **veiligheidssector. **Het gaat over een opdracht van 6 maanden. Je komt terecht in een fijne werkplek met leuke collega's.
De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **Business support medewerker **zijn:
- Je neemt contact op met bestaande klanten om nieuwe producten en diensten te introduceren en uit te leggen;
- Je helpt klanten om zich online te registreren;
- Je ondersteunt bij de aanpassing en de opmaak van nieuwe contracten;
- Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantenservice.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **Business support medewerker **zijn:
- Je bent een student of je hebt reeds relevante werkervaring;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans;
- Je hebt kennis van MS Office (voornamelijk Excel);
- Je bent zelfstandig en kan goed samenwerken;
- Je bent klantgericht en werkt nauwkeurig.
