Senior HR Advisor

Voor onze klant, een beursgenoteerde internationale verzekeringsgroep met een geschiedenis van 190 jaar, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior HR Advisor die zal werken vanuit het Corporate Center (Group level - 150 werknemers), gelegen in Brussel nabij het Noordstation.
**Wat je doet**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor **alle personeelsactiviteiten** (interne mobiliteit, recruitment voor hogere profielen, stages, onboarding, learning & development, coaching en ondersteuning lijnmanagers, exit-interviews & actieplannen )
- in nauwe samenwerking met het lijnmanagement en de HR-manager identificeer je **opleidingsbehoeften** en breng je **ontwikkelingsplannen** in kaart voor zowel teams als individuen;
- Je onderhoudt en verbetert het leeraanbod voor alle people managers en bouwt en onderhoudt een **netwerk van leerpartners;**:
- Je bent de **SPOC van de Academy** om de leerbehoeften op groepsniveau op elkaar af te stemmen;
- Je bewaakt belangrijke statistieken, zoals omzet, ziekteverzuim en retentiepercentages en ondersteunt de business om de juiste beslissingen te nemen over mensen op basis van inzichten in HR-gegevens
- Je neemt deel aan **verschillende HR-projecten,** voornamelijk in je vakgebied;
**Wie je bent**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master diploma en hebt **mínimaal 7 jaar ervaring** in HR, bij voorkeur in een generalistische rol of in werving & selectie (internationaal);
- **Rekrutering** is nog steeds één van je passies maar je vult deze graag aan met andere **Projecten zoals wellbeing, HR digital, diversiteit**:
- Je bent geboeid door het **internationale aspect **van de organisatie en hebt ervaring in een corporate omgeving;
- Ervaring in de **banksector** is een troef;
- Je hebt ervaring met s**takeholdermanagement op senior/director/C-level**.
- Je bent goed georganiseerd en resultaatgericht, je bent hands-on en hebt een can-do mentaliteit.
- Je werkt autonoom en bent gepassioneerd om in teamverband samen te werken aan de gezamenlijke doelstellingen;
- Je hebt een professionele instelling en werkt graag met mensen met verschillende achtergronden;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels, Nederlands en/of Frans.
