**Event Management Student**
We are looking for a bright **Event Management Student** to join our **Life Science** team based in **Louvain-la-Neuve.**

In Life Sciences, we use innovative technologies to streamline the supply chain of hundreds of clinical trials around the world. We work with top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world such as AstraZeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim or Sanofi.
As a **Event Management Student**, you will be supporting our sales and marketing teams.
**What you'll do**:
- Coordinate event sponsorships and organize the N-SIDE team for maximum success
- Keep contact with the organizers of the event to make sure deliverables are sent on time
- Organize the internal team attending the event to make sure all deadlines are met
- Identify dinner venues and help coordinate after conference networking
- Organize the logistics of internal events including venue location and coordination, catering, audio/visual equipment, transportation, accommodations
- Organize online events such as webinars to make sure that the project team stays on track and delivers an excellent experience
- Manage the event calendar and share our planning internally
**About you**:
- You are available at least 4 days/week.
- You are currently enrolled in a degree in management / marketing / event management
- You are able to manage multiple projects/events concurrently
- You have strong problem solving skills to identify potential problems and to find solutions quickly to keep things on track
- You have good time management skills to meet project milestones and ensure events run smoothly
- You have strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- You are able to ‘hit the ground running’ and be ready to quickly jump into projects.
- You are a team player, and you like to take on new challenges.
- Event planning experience is a plus
- You are eager to learn and collaborate with different colleagues and external agencies.
- You are curious to continuously learn about our Life Sciences solutions and business.
- You are able to work with Marketing tools like Hubspot and Salesforce or willing to learn
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
