Je versterkt een dynamisch facilitair team, dat post, scanning, drukwerk en logistiek beheert.
- Als Facility Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke bevoorrading van alle afdelingen (papier, toners, ergonomisch materiaal, enz.);
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het sorteren, verspreiden en verwerken van inkomende post. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het sorteren, verspreiden en verwerken van inkomende post. In samenwerking met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het printen en automatisch omhullen van uitgaande post. Je verwerkt ook aangetekende post;
- Je ontvangt bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat ze worden weggezet;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadbeheer en het archiefbeheer.
- Je werkt mee aan de digitalisering van inkomende post en contracten.
- Je beheert bepaalde administratieve taken die voortvloeien uit verzoeken van klanten via de post.
- Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het wijzigen van de gegevens van onze klanten in onze IT-tool.

- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Je hebt een analytische geest
- Je bent oplossingsgericht
- Je bent stressbestendig en je bent een teamspeler die zelfstandig en gestructureerd kan werken
