**Department Info**:
Telling a unique story, which is Terumo Europe, is the purpose of the **Corporate Communications Team**. We exist to inform and inspire everyone, through the management of internal and external corporate communications across EMEA. Our aim is to facilitate open and effective communication, as well as providing the communication tools which will enable the business in their endeavours.
Strengthening the Terumo brand and celebrating the Terumo culture forms the core of our job. The team organizes corporate events, collaboration opportunities and sustainable activities to help build bridges between communities inside and outside the Terumo organization.
**Job Summary**:
As our Corporate Communications Partner, you will contribute directly to the strategical planning, management, and implementation of Terumo Europe’s corporate communications. Your primary focus will be surrounding internal communications. You will provide expert input on communication needs within the organization and you will function as a strategic partner towards all internal stakeholders that seek advice and support in relation to their internal communication. Furthermore, you will provide support to Terumo Global Corporate Communications initiatives and projects.
As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will report directly to the Director Corporate Communications EMEA.
**Responsibilities**:
As the Corporate Communications Partner, you will have an active role in the implementation of the Terumo EMEA Corporate Communications vision and strategy, acting as a partner to the Director to develop the Terumo EMEA reputation and business culture. Therefore, you will be responsible for the project management of several corporate communication initiatives.
By fulfilling your role, you will identify change initiatives that require communication planning and execution. In addition, you will define key metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of the various corporate communication campaigns.
You will act as an advisor, concerning the communications for specific corporate and departmental initiatives. Furthermore, you will provide support to Terumo Global Corporate Communications initiatives and projects.
The main focus of your role will entail the internal communications, as well as employer branding initiatives. You will define and deliver an internal communications strategy to support the development of the organization. Therefore, you will develop and create content, and produce communications for mainly the internal target audience, but in some cases also regarding external audiences. At all times, you will ensure consistency and alignment of communication campaigns across the organization. Additionally, you will support line managers in their internal communication.
You will be responsible for managing existing communication channels and seek opportunities to develop new channels.
You will develop, build and maintain our internal employer branding and/or cultural change projects. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on initiatives to further strengthen our employer branding, both internally and externally.
You will manage third-party vendors and associated budgets to ensure strategic and cost-effective use of services.
**Profile Description**:
You have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably related to (Corporate) Communications. An equivalent through experience within a similar role will also qualify. In this respect, experience of 5 years and above will be preferred.
You are a dynamic communications professional. Previous experience within an international and multilingual environment will be an asset.
You possess good project management skills, handling multiple assignments from beginning to end, while working under the constraints of deadlines and on budgets.
You have strong interpersonal skills. Therefore, you are able to influence others and work effectively.
You are a team player and possess a strong understanding of diversity and other cultures.
You possess excellent writing, editing and communication skills with the proven capability to write for a variety of formats and connect with different target audiences.
