**Taakomschrijving**:
**Ben je een gepassioneerde online media expert met een liefde voor sociale media en online campagnes? We zijn dé place to be in Brussel (en Leuven) voor hoger onderwijs, en we willen dat de wereld dat weet.**
**Wil je je skills inzetten om een innovatieve digitale strategie uit te denken die de Erasmushogeschool Brussel met trots op de kaart zet? Dan zou je wel eens de perfecte kandidaat kunnen zijn die we zoeken.**

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en beheren van onze socials en digitale marketing
- en communicatie initiatieven gericht op instroom van nieuwe studenten en community building, en bouw je mee aan de naamsbekendheid en het imago van de hogeschool.
- Als Digital marketing manager:

- lever je een bijdrage aan de opmaak van de marketingstrategie van EhB op het niveau van de digitale kanalen. Deze vertrekt vanuit het hogeschoolbrede strategische plan (SPE4) en steunt op onze GROEI-waarden.
- vertaal je de marketingstrategie in een digitale communicatiestrategie
- plan je en geef je vorm aan alle online campagnes met een strategische en creatieve mindset.
- werk je samen met de digitale media-manager, ondersteund door een extern agentschap, om infodagen en openlesweken te promoten en plaats je onze USP’s in de picture om nieuwe studenten te werven.
- geef je als expert advies aan collega's over het optimaal inzetten van online kanalen.
- heb je een meten-is-weten mentaliteit: je interpreteert resultaten, maakt rapportages over de voortgang van campagnes en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- weet je wat leeft bij de verschillende doelgroepen en speel je hierop in bij het uittekenen van de campagneplanning.Als Social media manager:

- bepaal je de sociale media strategie en stimuleer je collega’s om de sociale media policy te volgen.
- zet je je creatieve skills in om trendy en relevante content te maken voor verschillende doelgroepen (studenten, collega’s, ouders van studenten, alumni en het werkveld) op de socialemediakanalen waarop EhB actief is. Op dit moment zijn dat Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, LinkedIn en X, maar als trendwatcher weet je op welke kanalen we nog moeten inzetten om onze doelgroepen (in de toekomst) te kunnen bereiken.
- ben je de owner van de sociale media contentkalender. Samen met collega’s en een studentenredactieteam maak je epic content: tekst, pics, video's, you name it
- maak je content met een EhB-vibe. Je haalt je inspiratie uit het bruisende studentenleven op EhB en brengt met trots de activiteiten en realisaties van onze opleidingen in beeld. Zo bouw je mee aan een duidelijke identiteit en positief imago.
- ben je vertrouwd met digitale tools, social platforms en analytics.
- breng je het engagement en het aantal volgers van de verschillende kanalen naar een hoger niveau.

**Profiel**:
We werken meer en meer hybride, dus om alles zowel van thuis uit als op de campus vlot te laten lopen zijn degelijke IT-skills een must. Als Brusselse hogeschool met internationale ambities verwachten we een zekere meertaligheid van onze collega’s. Je vlot kunnen uitdrukken in het Frans, Engels of een andere taal is dan ook een grote meerwaarde. Onverwachte wendingen scherpen je creatieve oplossingsgerichtheid aan. Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en de hogeschool steunt jou en je team daar ook in.

- Ervaring** - **Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in (een) gelijkaardige functie(s).
