Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Wist je dat de dienst Direct Procurement instaat voor de aankopen van alle treingerelateerde goederen en diensten? Van een hele trein tot de kleinste vijs Als Business Process management expert neem je processen onder de loep en zoek je naar mogelijkheden om deze te verbeteren met oog op een hogere efficiëntie en productiviteit.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je zal werken in het team Spare Parts Contract and Process Management (SPR-CPM) dat deelt uitmaakt van het Direct Procurement Team. Dit team heeft als hoofddoel het ondersteunen van de aankopers met expertise in SAP, datakwaliteit en klant specifieke processen.- De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Je analyseert processen, gaat actief op zoek naar mogelijkheden om deze te verbeteren en vertaalt dit naar concrete voorstellen.
- Je stemt de voorstellen af met de betrokken partijen binnen Procurement (aankopers, management,), met onze interne klant B-TC en wanneer nodig met Legal en/of Finance. Je bouwt hiertoe effectieve relaties uit en zorgt dat de behoeften en zorgen van belanghebbenden worden geïdentificeerd en vervuld.
- Je neemt de praktische uitvoering op jou, en betrekt collega’s waar nodig.
- Je staat in voor de implementatie, verzorgt communicatie en training en weet je collega’s mee te krijgen.
- Je evalueert de goede werking, stuurt bij waar nodig en zet een permanent monitoring systeem op.
- Als expert ben je het aanspreekpunt voor een aantal processen. Collega’s kunnen steeds bij jou terecht voor ondersteuning of om mee te zoeken naar praktisch haalbare oplossingen.
- Dit alles gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met de manager van het team SPR-CPM.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je beschikt over een Master diploma (of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring) EN je beschikt over een eerste ervaring in Proces analyse en/of je beschikt reeds over een commerciële ervaring
**En je beschikt over onderstaande competenties**:
- Je bent digitaal onderlegd en analytisch sterk. Je kan vlot overweg met cijfers, data en Excel.
- Je hebt ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en flow charts. Kennis van aankoopprocessen is een bijkomende troef.
- Je werkt resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Frans als in het Nederlands.
- Je kan omgaan met deadlines en bent in staat meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te managen.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van SAP.
