Hays Antwerpen kijkt dringend uit naar een teamleader om het interne IT team te vervoegen. Het gaat om een fulltime positie met vast contract.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
- Je neemt de leiding over een team van 2 personen die werken vanuit België en Nederland.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de (jaarlijkse) financiële planning; beheer, rapportage en toewijzing van budgetten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de IT director France & BeNeLux.
- Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan je team en eindgebruikers voor complexe IT problemen.
- Je werkt samen met internationale teams binnen Hays (EMEA, CC, UK, India) om een oplossing te vinden voor wereldwijde IT incidenten.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert IT policies met als doel werkprocessen te optimaliseren.
- Je volgt SLA’s met IT partners op en behandelt deze met prioriteit.
- Je biedt on-site ondersteuning voor IT Ops EMEA.
- Je beheert de workload van het team, inclusief het toewijzen van taken.
- Je zorgt voor IT gerelateerde administratie.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert trainingsprogramma's om ervoor te zorgen dat teamleden over de nodige vaardigheden en kennis beschikken om hun functie effectief uit te voeren.
- Je zorg ervoor dat nieuwe IT medewerkers een onboarding en on the job training krijgen.
- Je bewaakt proactief de IT-omgeving via monitoring en rapportage.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur 5 jaar ervaring in IT support en 2 jaar als teamleader.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer, nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd.
- IT- kennis: O365, Active Directory, ticketsysteem,..
- Je bent analytisch, proactief en communicatief sterk.
- Je kan snel schakelen en de juiste prioriteiten stellen: je houdt ervan om verschillende taken naast elkaar te hebben en om veel bij te leren en uit te zoeken waar nodig.
